Thursday 13 February, Phoenix Leicester

We want to work towards reducing the environmental impact of watching, showing, and makings films. Overall making our sector more sustainable.

We're offering free Carbon Literacy Training to Film Hub Midlands members on Thursday 13 February at Phoenix in Leicester. The session will help you understand the carbon impacts of our everyday activities, and the ability and motivation to reduce emissions on an individual, community, and organisational basis.

The session is delivered by HOME, who are the first arts and cultural venue in the world to have 100% of staff trained in Carbon Literacy. We'll be asking our strategic awards, and SHOW fund applicants this year to provide us with a green plan as part of their projects.

The cost of Carbon Literacy Training is subsidised by Film Hub Midlands, allowing our members to take part for free.
