Applications are now open for the latest BFI FAN training programme: Revisiting Your Cinema Business Model.

This new course will offer practical and realistic strategies on how cinemas can adapt to financial challenges, profound changes in audience behaviour, and transformations in the film industry at large.

Designed for those in leadership or senior management roles at independent cinema organisations, the course will explore challenges in management, strategic planning, financial reporting and governance; empowering participants to develop a sustainable business model that will enable their organisations to survive and thrive in the long term.

The course will be delivered over a series of modules from April - October 2024, followed by six months of bespoke support from an assigned mentor. The deadline to apply is Monday 18 March.
