Film Hub Midlands is looking for an Administrative and Communications Assistant to support its forthcoming UK-wide film and event season, In Dreams Are Monsters and provide support to the Major Programmes Manager.

The role is essential to the delivery of In Dreams Are Monsters and the support of the Major Programmes Manager with the programme’s marketing campaign, as well as providing administrative support, and liaising with participating organisations on the In Dreams are Monsters season, led by BFI in partnership with FAN.

The successful candidate will have social media literacy, strong written skills and knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office, and Excel. Above all you will have a passion for film and arts marketing.

Hours: 18.75 hours per week (part-time, fixed term contract)

Salary: Pro rata the full-time annual salary of £19,072
