Supported by National Lottery funding, The BFI FAN Film Exhibition Fund aims to support cinemas, arts centres, festivals and community groups looking to deliver a broad range of cultural programming and reconnect with audiences.


Birmingham Indian Film Festival

To support BIFF's 2024 independent South Asian films across the diaspora including British Asian films, UK premiere feature films, documentaries and short films with talent Q&As, talks and panel discussions in cinemas and community space, £10,000


INDIE-Lincs International Film Festival

Supporting their ongoing monthly film screenings to show the latest and most diverse independent films that do not have a platform in the local commercial cinemas to their audience in Lincoln.



Supporting Inspirate to expand from one outdoor screening to multiple local community screenings of Hindi cinema across different neighbourhoods in Leicester, allowing for an opportunity to develop their audiences. £6,200

Unseen Cinema

To support Pocket Film Festival 2024. Expanding the programme to a two-week period to enable partnership development gained from the Film Hub Midlands Spotlight programme. £9380.95

To support their Family Focus seasons, focusing on older audiences with ten films over ten months and expanding their family relaxed screenings providing regular once a month screenings, £6000
