If you are a Midlands based emerging screenwriter at the stage in your career where you're moving into writing features, this three-week online course will give an oversight of the development process when producing a feature film treatment.
Led by successful BFI NETWORK Early Development Fund awardee Kelly Holmes, sessions will look at the basics of writing a treatment document and will help you to define your project and goals. The lab will also provide insights into the function of a treatment when working with producers and the wider industry. Sessions are delivered in a group setting with around eight writers per cohort which allows for peer-to-peer support and critique.
